Welcome to Tech Warmup (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating at techwarmup.in. By accessing our website, purchasing courses, kits, or digital products, or using our checkout and learning services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
- Platform means the Tech Warmup website, learning portal, and related services.
- User / Customer means any person who registers, browses, or purchases on the Platform.
- Products include online courses, live classes, educational kits, and digital or physical goods listed for sale.
- Order means a confirmed purchase after successful payment (or free enrollment where applicable).
2. Account & eligibility
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Users under 18 should use the Platform with parental or guardian consent where required by law.
3. Products, pricing & GST
All prices displayed on course and product pages are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST (18%) unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges for physical items are calculated separately at checkout based on the total number of physical units in your order, as per our published shipping tiers.
We may change prices, offers, or product availability at any time before you complete payment. The price shown at checkout is final for that transaction.
4. Orders & payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after successful payment through our authorised payment gateway (e.g. Razorpay). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or policy violations.
5. Digital courses & access
Course access is granted to the registered account used at purchase. Access duration (e.g. one-year validity) is shown on the product page. You may not share login credentials, resell, redistribute, or publicly broadcast course content without written permission.
6. Physical products & delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location, courier, or stock. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. You must ensure the delivery address and contact details are correct. Standard shipping fees apply as per tier rules shown at checkout.
7. Returns, refunds & cancellations
Digital courses and downloadable products are generally non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law or explicitly stated on the product page. Physical products may be eligible for return/replacement only if damaged, defective, or incorrect, reported within the timeframe mentioned on the product or support page, and subject to inspection.
Refund requests, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period. Partial refunds may apply for bundled offers at our discretion.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform—including videos, text, logos, designs, and course materials—is owned by Tech Warmup or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased content for learning only.
9. Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, interfere with servers, upload malware, harass others, or use services for unlawful purposes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Warmup is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, course outcomes, delivery delays beyond our control, or third-party services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
11. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you consent to collection and use of data needed to provide services, process orders, and communicate with you.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be notified on the website.
13. Governing law & contact
